Madeira

Madeira Island is the main island (740.7 km ²) of the Portuguese archipelago of the same name, located in the Atlantic Ocean to the west African coast, and that is with Porto Santo, the Desert Islands and the Islands Wild an autonomous region (the Autonomous Region of Madeira). The islands capital and the autonomous region is the city of Funchal. The island of Madeira is of volcanic origin, its climate is subtropical and its unique landscapes allow him to be a tourist destination much appreciated by various reasons, such as exotic flora, reception conditions and the authenticity of the Madeiran folklore and culture.
